Establishing a visual look for your company can be a trying but a vital task. We try to streamline this process to make is as easy and as painless as possible. Trained professionals, like Lines & Letters, will translate creative ideas into eye grabbing visual statements to your potential customers and set you apart and above your competition.

The following outline will briefly inform you of the first to last steps involved in the imagination, concept, and completion process at Lines & Letters.

Imagination:

  • • All consultations are by appointment only.
  • • First consultation involves interviewing client regarding your desired image, the type of business, visual look, and budget.
  • • Deposits are taken towards logo design or sign order.
  • • Schedule appointment for next consultation to discuss concept designs, and schedule appointment for vehicle or sign order to expedite the execution of your project.
  • • Always remember to be open to professional guidance.

Concept:

  • • We design 2-3 concept designs in black and white format. Our feeling is, if the design is strong, it will be effective whether in color or black and white.
  • • At second consultation, we present to you the concept designs, discuss color, technique, placement of all information and finalize your decision.

Completion:

All vehicles scheduled for lettering require the following rules:

A. must be delivered washed (not waxed)

B. dropped off the afternoon before scheduled appointment

  • • Upon drop off, a quick review is done of all pertinent information and any revisions (if needed)
  • • Remember "A GOOD DESIGN LEAVES A LASTING IMPRESSION".

Our Payment Procedures:

Logo design package requires a deposit, and full balance due upon completion of artwork package. Vehicle graphics, pinstriping, or lettering orders are full payment due upon completion & pick up. Signage requires 1/3 deposit before commencing with the drawing process. Upon presentation of drawings & approval of client, a second 1/3 deposit is required. Full balance is due upon completion, pick up, delivery, or installation of signage.

All work is subject to NJ sales tax of 6%. If tax exempt, you must provide us the proper forms completed with all information.
